Love Handles and How to Remove Them

This targets the exact area where you gain weight and becomes your love handles. It also brings more blood to that area which helps with circulation and oxygen. Also, the love handle region is stretched using this exercise. Hence, you’ll be getting more advantages from this single exercise that you originally thought.
